Vital is a unit trust established under the Unit Trust Act in February 1994. The units were listed in September 1999 under the name of Calan Healthcare Property Trust, which subsequently changed its name to ING Medical Properties Trust in [August 2007] and finally became Vital Healthcare Property Trust in October 2010.
